Can I make a payment that posts quickly?
Any payments received before 6:00pm Eastern will be posted to the account on the same day. Any payment received after 6:00pm Eastern will be credited to the account the following day.
Will funds be withdrawn from my account the day my payment is received?
Please allow for 1-3 business days to see funds withdrawn from your account.
Do you accept payments by phone?
Yes. To make a payment by phone, please call 1-866-544-3430 and speak with one of our Account Managers
Yes. Automatic Bank Drafts as well as Credit/Debit Cards will be attempted once more if the initial transaction fails.
Online Payment Questions
How will I know my online payment was received?
ACA Payment Services will send an email confirmation of payments to an email address provided for any account.
When are my online payments posted to my account?
Any payments received before 6:00pm Eastern will be posted to the account on the same day. Any payment received after 6:00pm Eastern will be credited to the account the following day.
Why am I getting calls regarding a past-due amount, when I have recently made a payment?
It is possible for there to be a brief period of time between payment and recognition of the payment within our systems which could cause an errant call. Should this happen, simply inform the agent of the previously made payment and your account will be handled appropriately.

What should I do if I believe my card or account number was used fraudulently for a payment?
If you suspect fraudulent activity the first thing you should do is contact your card or account provider and inform them of the suspicious activity. Next, call us toll free at 1-855-295-8808 and you will be transferred to our customer service team which is trained in how to manage these types of issues.

Where do I mail payoff checks?
Please mail payoff checks to American Credit Acceptance PO Box 1899 Spartanburg, SC 29304. Please include a notice indicating the check is for payoff.
How can I request my payment history?
A payment history may be requested via phone. Call our toll free number at 1-866-544-3430 and speak with one of our agents for your request.
How do I handle an insurance claim due to physical damage?
In the event you have an insurance claim, first call your insurance provider then please call us at 1-855-292-6426 in order to be routed to our insurance department so we can further assist your needs.
Where do I send insurance information?
Please mail all insurance coverage information to American Credit Acceptance PO Box 3487 Coppell, TX 75019 and any total loss or repair documents to American Credit Acceptance 961 East Main Street Spartanburg, SC 29302.
Payment Arrangements
Is it possible to refinance my contract?
Currently, ACA does not offer refinancing opportunities. In order to get refinanced, the customer would be required to seek out another lending institution which would have to satisfy the current loan and issue a new one.
Is there a grace period for late payments?
