American Credit Acceptance Closes $205 Million Securitization with Wells Fargo Securities

Spartanburg, SOUTH CAROLINA – March 29, 2013 – American Credit Acceptance (ACA), an indirect auto finance company, announced a recent $205 million dollar term securitization with Wells Fargo Securities under the ACAR securitization program. The deal closed March 27, 2013.

After issuing three securitizations totaling $566 million in 2012, ACA closes out the first quarter by completing their first securitization of 2013. The additional capital will continue to fund ACA’s growth strategy for the remainder of 2013 and beyond. Read Full Article
